Organic rosemary honey from Spain
Light amber colour, a little bit darker if it contains some broom or heather. Wet wood aroma, very intense and extraordinarily persistent. Bland taste, a bit spicy but sweet with slight acidic notes. If it contains some broom or heather, (darker colour) it will have some slight salty notes. Moderate tendency to crystallize into thin crystals. Antiseptic, balsamic.
